Object
These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from the website www.bokdi.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms without reservation. Any other conditions not expressly agreed by BOKDI shall not apply. BOKDI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable terms will be those in force on the date of the order.

Products
BOKDI offers handcrafted jewelry and accessories made in Colombia. Each piece is unique and may slightly differ from the photos shown on the website. Collections are usually limited.

Geographical scope
We ship to many countries. Availability is shown at checkout. If your destination isn’t listed, contact contact@bokdi.eu and we’ll try to assist. Customers are responsible for local import compliance and any duties or taxes.

Prices
Prices are indicated in COP, USD, and EUR. They include applicable taxes but do not include customs duties, or other additional charges. BOKDI reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the price confirmed in the customer’s order will be respected.

Orders
To place an order, the customer must:

1. Select products and add them to the cart.
2. Confirm the cart contents.
3. Provide all required personal and payment information.
4. Validate the payment.

The customer will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are subject to product availability. BOKDI reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment disputes.

Payment
We accept payments via Mollie (credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). Payment must be completed at the time of order. BOKDI retains ownership of the products until full payment is received.

Shipping and delivery times

Orders are prepared within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on the destination country and will be communicated as accurately as possible. All orders are shipped via Colissimo.

The customer must inspect the products immediately upon delivery and notify BOKDI of any visible defects or damages resulting from shipping within 4 calendar days of receipt. This requirement applies only to shipping-related damages and does not affect the customer’s statutory rights, including the right to withdraw from the purchase or to claim hidden defects under the legal warranty.

For EU customers: In accordance with French and European consumer law, the customer has the right to receive the products within the agreed timeframe. If delivery is delayed, the customer may:

1. Request performance within a reasonable additional period, or
2. Cancel the order if delivery is not made within a maximum of 30 days from the order date.

For customers outside the EU: Delivery times depend on the destination country. In the event of significant delays, customers should contact BOKDI to find an appropriate solution.

BOKDI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from delivery delays, except as required by mandatory consumer protection law.

Right of withdrawal / Returns
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition, with all original labels and packaging. The customer bears the return shipping costs. Customized or personalized products are non-returnable.

Warranty

Legal guarantee: 2 years against manufacturing defects.

Commercial guarantee: BOKDI offers a repair free of charge for any manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase (excluding natural wear, tarnishing, resizing, loss, or misuse). Proof of purchase is required.

Liability
BOKDI is not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure, strikes, transport disruptions, or other circumstances beyond its control. Liability is limited to the value of the purchased products.

Intellectual property
All content on www.bokdi.eu, including images, designs, logos, and texts, is the property of BOKDI. No part may be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

Records and evidence
Electronic records of BOKDI are considered valid evidence of communications, orders, payments, and transactions.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
