Returns & Exchanges Policy
At BOKDI, we craft each piece with care. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our returns and exchanges policy below.
Order Cancellations
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, except for excluded items (see below).
- To cancel, email contact@bokdi.eu within this 14-day period.
- After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the items.
- Orders containing earrings, piercing jewelry, or personalized pieces cannot be cancelled or returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and all items that go through piercings cannot be returned or exchanged.
For other eligible items:
- Notify us of your return within 14 days of delivery by emailing contact@bokdi.eu with your order number.
- Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Once received and approved, you may choose:
Store Credit: full item value.
Refund: item value via the same payment method.
Please note
- Sale, personalized, or gift items are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We may withhold the refund until we receive the items or acceptable proof of shipment.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To change an item, return it for a refund or store credit and place a new order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We carefully inspect each piece before shipping. If your item arrives damaged or shows a lack of conformity:
- Contact us as soon as possible with clear photo or video proof and your order number.
- Covered examples include: broken clasps, stones coming loose, or snapped chains.
- Not considered faults: normal wear, color loss from use, or damage due to misuse.
- For accepted cases, we offer:
A replacement (subject to availability), or
Store credit/refund of the item value (shipping excluded).
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order does not arrive or tracking stops updating, contact us with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Earrings and piercing jewelry
- Personalized or custom pieces
- Gift cards, gift wrap, or promotional merchandise
- Sale or promotional items
How to Start a Return
- Email contact@bokdi.eu within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, item(s), and reason for the return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship to the return address provided by our team.
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect your item or after you provide proof of shipment.
